CARNIVAL 2022 - CPI AS MIRANDAS - ARES
Fortunately this year we have been able to celebrate CARNIVAL as we used to before the pandemic.
Students and teachers have been making costumes in class.
We have watched a video about the Carnival in the World., paying special attention to the customs of our six schools that make up our partnership and that we go on working with in our Erasmus+ project.
This year the Carnival was dressed in the colour of our school project "ECOESCOLARES" in all its aspects and possibilities. Thus, we were able to enjoy the costumes related to this theme. Our pupils took part in a parade in the school and then through the streets of Ares.
The pre-school eco-schoolers, representing planet Earth, told us that they want a better planet for their future.
The water droplets and clouds who, like in an Indian dance, asked the rain to help us fill the much-needed reservoirs.
Beekeepers and bees stressed their importance for life,
The ECOBARCO divers reminded us that we must take care of the sea and preserve all the marine ecosystems of the planet so necessary for life.
We were able to see the polar bears claiming the care of the environment and recycling to fight against climate change.
A festive day in which we listened to the songs created by the children, joy and good temper.

VALENTINE'S DAY 2022- CPI AS MIRANDAS- ARES
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!
This year, as usual, we have been learning about the origin of this festivity. We have watched videos, learnt vocabulary and made Valentine's Day cards.
