PRIMARYSCHOOL OF PSIHIKO-SERRES
We are very happy to share our experiences and our work . We are one of the schools involved on our Scholar Exchange.
It is a state school with 12 teachers working and 65 students.
It
is a nonprofit organization
All he teachers are devoted to the students .apart the
state curriculum which is taught every teacher uses multicultural projects as
we have a great number of foreign students mostly from Albania. I am an English
teacher and I try to introduce the English culture ,and customs to my students
in order for them to realize that different cultures does not mean separation
but union because of the basic element :human beings .So exposing them to
similarities and differences ,makes them come closer. My 20 year of experience
with children and teaching is of much help.
On the 26th of September we presented the Erasmus+ programme to the Parent Association of our school and we announced the criteria for the selection of the children to participate in the mobilities.Furthermore we decided that the whole school will participate since it is a small one.The selection criteria are common for the six countries involved on our project, except that one referred to the age of our students. Each school has adapted this criteria and it's a good point to share our work in different levels and a good step for the dissemination of our work.
